Right you are, Rich.  As we have talked about before on TPIN, Jumbo  was one 
of the best, and was not given his "due" in the trumpet world because he  was 
thought of as a "dixieland" player and then had some hits with "pop"  tunes.  
When I lived in New Orleans I got to hear him a lot.  He was  one of the most 
amazing trumpet players I ever heard, and a great guy too!
