[TPIN] Stealing Recorded Music

Mates,

      Forgive me for my ignorance, but would someone please tell me how 
iTunes can give away Tutti's Trumpets as free downloads?  I thought that the 
Napster lawsuit upheld copyright laws and ended copyright 
infringement(stealing), which in fact drove large numbers of record stores 
out of business and had a negative impact on the entire music industry

      We've had numerous posts on where you can buy" Tutti's Trumpets"  How 
can somebody give away copies publically for free?
