Off topic inquiry:  Has anybody heard what happened with the Bill  Chase 
biography that Tommy Martin was in the middle of writing?
 
He's taking pre-paid orders for it on his website and I probably paid for  
mine over five years ago and I've yet to see it.  
 
Any news from anyone who has an inside track would be  appreciated.
 
(I have Kevin Seely's desktop published version, but I'm pretty sure that  
this isn't the same book.....)
