thanks for this "reminder".
part of my "obsession" upon getting back into playing was buying 
everything I thought would help. A lot of it has just sat around because 
I was really not ready for that. This was one of those books. When Mark 
asked about a book like that, my first thought was "yea, thats exactly 
what I want now". When you mentioned this, I realized I had the book and 
had ignored it for some time. I have added it to my daily work
