play for peanuts, play for peanuts.  If you want to hold out for $250/hour, 
hold out.  Up to the individual - Se la vi.

We're delving into philosophy here.   Let's talk about mouthpieces, or 
leadpipes, or Benges... or ear plugs.. or lip buzzing...  or who plays the
