It looks a lot like Dave but I don't think it is. This clip seems to be from
the late 60's (1967 according to the clip). Dave played with Buddy much
later after he got out of the Army in 1973.

Could it be Lin Biviano?

Jon, wasn't your dad in the band at that point?
