All,

The Phil Driscoll topic is OFF LIMITS entirely. It is officially banned. I
asked it to stop yesterday, yet people keep posting and then people sustain
the thread by posting to slap the wrists of those who didn't head the
original ban. Those of you trying to police the list are just as negligent
as those ignoring the ban. You have as much to do with sustaining the off
topic thread as the others, so please stop.

Anyone posting on this thread again risks being bounced from the list. You
can discuss this in private email. If you wish to remind someone of the ban,
do it is PRIVATE EMAIL not on the list.

Be assured that I am dealing with this problem and contacting ANYONE who
doesn't follow ADMIN directives.
