I'm sorry. I thought you said bloomington indiana. Duh. My bad. 

I am from thw Bloomington illinois area originally. I would start with both universities in town for recommendations. The people I knew there are long retired, but they may still teach on the side. Look for Jim Boitos, John Campbell, Charles Stokes, John Rheam and Bob Udey for starters. :-)
