[TPIN] 20 minute note

I missed the beginning of this thread.
Are you all talking about playing a g (space above the staff), for 20  
minutes without changing the position of your mouthpiece?
Of course you have to breathe- right?  I suspect the majority of us  are not 
proficient at circular breathing.
Do you take any breaks ( 2 seconds, 3 seconds or whatever)?, or do you just  
break long enough to breathe?
 
I just tried it for 20 continuous minutes, without stopping, just taking  
breathes, and when the 20th minute arrived I was very happy to pull the horn  
down!
 
Just wondering - it seems like an exercise in which someone could hurt  
themselves if not done with extreme care.
