As I understand it, circular breathing would be cheating. But if you
had to breathe a few times, don't beat yourself up. Eventually you'll
be able to blow for 20 minutes in one breath.
Actually I've used the (is it?) Walter White CD, and it certainly
makes the exercise go better. All sorts of things you can do during
that time. Even breathe if you must.
