[TPIN] Halsey Steven Sonata

I play it on C trumpet. David Hickman plays it on C and I was told Jim
Thompson played C on his recording. The only problem is the low G's in the
opening statement. With a few odd fingerings you can throw the third slide
out all the way for a solid low F on the C and play the opening passage.
After that, its smooth sailing on C.
