Thanx Wilmer. Any tidbits of jazz history is appreciated. I send whatever I
find to my daughter who's taking a few courses including jazz history at a
local state college. I'm of the mind that in order to move ahead to be
innovative it's necessary to look back in history to determine from whence
we came. I found this on YouTube of Jack playing 'Lover'. As ancient as the
clip is, Jack sounded fresh and way ahead of his time. Thankfully, this is a
clip that can be 'grabbed'. There are some clips on YouTube that can not,
but this is a lucky find.
