My guess is that it'll soon be found that Josh Landress should be on the
website listed below, too. He does repairs in NY and will, I thihnk, be
an up-and-comer. (Actually, he's an already-therer since he works on a
number of high-profile peoples' horns, but he's not been as familiar on
this list.) I got the chance to hand with him and get to know him at
this year's ITG conference.
