Guys,
I usually drink the diet energy drinks. If the whole can is too much, then drink half. Before you know it they'll have energy beer on th market. It'll make you you awake but mellow. Jon's double C's should be way outa control then.

PS I thought guys that played double C's
were kinda outa control in the first place :-)

It's difficult to say why you reacted the way you did. AMP has a number of ingredients that other energy drinks do not have so you can't label "energy drinks" as good or bad based on this product. Also, was it the sugar-free version? You could have just been reacting to a huge sugar rush combined with the caffeine and other stuff in the drink. It's like a potent version of Moutain Dew which kids have been sucking down in large quantities as a cheap legal high for years.> > I can tell you that there are health concerns about mixing energy drinks with alcohol. Red Bull and Vodka is pretty popular yet some medical professionals believe that combination could cause heart palpitations. My buddy Scott warned me against these drinks entirely because they use a chemical technique that body builders know as "stacking." I'll let him fill you in on that.> > I've used Red Bull on a few occasions with good results. I use it like I would asprin or antacids - only as needed, when my concentration is non-existant. It really works for me and I have no unusual side-effects. I can assure you, I didn't play any out of control double C's. I wish! :)> > ...Steve> > P.S. You know there are at least a dozen kids on this list that are slugging AMP at this very moment hoping for their first double C.
