[TPIN] Bach * Mouthpiece

Can anyone tell me anything about a N.Y. Bach * mouthpiece.? It's not listed in the Mt Vernon catalogs. Probably in an older NY catalog.It appears to be a C cup  somewhere around .730 inner diam. It looks like a MT. Vernon 3C but with a smaller inner diam. The star is not written out. It's an imprint of a star.  
 Any info would be appreciated.
