[TPIN] Query from a composer

Hi all! I am a New York composer, and I wonder if you'd be interested in 
looking at a piece or two of mine, as possible material for either your students 
or yourselves.

The first piece is a Sonata for Trumpet and Piano (“Song of Myself”). It is 
in three movements and lasts about 18 minutes. My general style could be 
called modern American Romantic, and this piece is melodic and essentially tonal. 
The style is somewhere in the neighborhood of Stevens, Kennan, and Ewazen, with 
some influence of popular music rhythms. It calls for only a few extended 
(jazz) techniques, but it is rather difficult; it requires playing ability at the 
advanced student or professional level. It is written for C trumpet, but I 
can furnish a part in B flat.

The other piece is a nocturne for flugelhorn and piano called Wings of Desire
. It is a short mood piece somewhat like Quiet City, with a slight flavor of 
cool jazz. It lasts about five minutes, and is of moderate difficulty.

Both pieces have been recorded by Rodger Lee on a Capstone CD. The URL for
