Does anyone have further explanation, diagrams, or videos online about this "inverted whistle" 
referenced in the quote below from the Clifford Brown Trumpeter's Training article"? (The link

"His daily warm-up exercise started with an inverted whistle. He would pucker his lips inside 
out and whistle. Then he'd blow his mouthpiece. After an hour or so of these exercises, he 
would take up his trumpet."
