[TPIN] Sheet Music Service

Sheet Music Service (Portland, OR) has always done well by me.  They are
under a new umbrella ownership (Pender's Music) but even in recent orders
they have served me quite well.  Only real change is that they do not send
orders with later billing.  Orders now must be with credit cards.  They do
have internet services and standard ordering with payment (checks, money
orders etc.)

Hickey's is also a good source.

I have also had good service from New England Sheet Music.

Robert King is always an option but since one cannot actually speak with
anyone in person there, I use them only as a last resort.
