Hi Bob, I use the ER 15 plugs. They take a mold of your ear (kinda weird 
like having jello squirted in your head but I like that).  They work great 
as far as plugs go.  Nothing I've ever tried is as nice as going without 
anything but you can still hear the highs and lows a lot better then the old 
foam plugs.  The 15 is the BD reducer.  You can also get the 25 filters if 
you need that much protection.
