Folks...

I've been using the Bach 3021 double (2.5 actually - trumpet, flugel, picc) for the last 7 years or so and finally decided to get a new bag. I liked the Bach bag for many reasons but there were a few things I hated about it. I found this one http://tinyurl.com/24ymm9 by ProTech that is very similar and about 25 bucks cheaper. So I thought I'd give it a try.

The bag came today and I was pleasantly surprised. They kept most of what I liked and fixed almost everything I hated about the Bach bag. This one looks like a keeper. If you're interested in details, let me know. And if you're looking for ultra protection, look someplace else. This is a soft side gig bag - lots of padding but no hard shell. You won't drive your truck over this one and get away with it. But then I don't own a truck.

P.S. I think they have a leather version that costs maybe double, if you're into leather.
