I use a Brass Bags quad case and it meets Airline carry on  
standards.  It is surprisingly small for a quad case, but is semi- 
rigid and only offers gig bag-like protection.  The Marcus Bonna  
triple and quad cases save room by stacking horns on top of one  
another (safely) and they are small enough to be accepted as carry on  
luggage.
