I take a generic Clariton every morning. I also take water to every
rehearsal and every gig I go to, mostly becuase my mouth gets dry from
playing. other antihistamines, make me drowsy. I can't take decongestants
while I 'm playing because they seem to restrict my breathing, hence
affecting my range something awful.

Good luck

Rob
