it (I own the other version which is a subset of the recordings, and does
not include the CD)...

appears to be the same as the Amazon.com offering

The Amazon page lists the DVD as PAL, the B&N page makes no reference.  Have
you (or has anyone) tried this on a US NTSC DVD player?
