As I mentioned in my previous email there would be more announcements 
coming.

Announcement: ( Note from Dave )

I wish to inform you all that the big band and The Sacred Orchestra will
be ending  as of the end of this year.  As it stands now, the big band
has done its last job.  We had been scheduled to appear again at the Ritz
but negotiations came to an end and that will not be happening. Suffice
it to say that the main argument was financial and my position is that
the door ticket fee is what the band gets. Our policies in the past have
been that way . Our public has grown to know that the fee they pay at the
door is what the band is getting to perform. It is not for management's
pocket but rather to pay the band.  (If anyone wishes to dig deeper into
this issue, please contact my manager for the band, Craig Kenney.)  The
Sacred Orchestra has four more dates scheduled for this year and then
that will be the end.  The reasons for this happening are manifold, but
primarily it is a personal issue for me.   I won't say never or rule out
the return of either or both groups but for now at the least there will
be a sabbatical period.
I want to say that there have been many friends and loyal supporters of
me and  both groups.  I deeply respect those of you that have supported
me and the groups over the years. I will miss seeing you all - John,
Dave, Russ, Phyllis, George, Terri, Jerry,  and the rest.
