There's the Arban's platinum edition, which has a binding and is silver, which is really a lot easier to use than the original Arban's, or you can just bind it at Kinko's.

Does anyone know if this book is made with the type of binder that allows
the book to open flat and lay on the music stand so that you can practice
from it without the pages threatening to close thereby causing the book to
fall from your stand and land face down in the puddles of (ahem..) water on
the floor? Just wondering. If it is; then it is truly an updated and well
worthwhile practice resource for the 21st century.
