Call me old fashioned, call me cheap.................
I am still using (believe it or not) the Arbans that I had in college that  
was $5.00.  A few pages are loose, but other than that it is in pretty good  
condition.  I guess it is just like an old friend that I feel comfortable  with.
Seriously, I would have a hard time recommending that a young student spend  
this much for an Arban's book.  I know that there are probably some pretty  
good helpful instructions from Allen, but it would have sure been nice if the  
publisher would have thought about young people who just aren't going to spend  
that much for a book. (Or can't afford to.)  This is in the "Leduc"  price 
range.....
Just my thoughts on it.
