[TPIN] Endurance

Warm up earlier in the day and take your time.  Sounds like you are  
playing a lot, and chances are you need a longer routine - maybe an  
hour or more.  Lots of mp buzzing, pedal tones, lip slurs work well  
for me, and other folks on the TPIN list will have more specific  
advice.  For me, learning to take the time earlier in the day to do a  
long and slow warm up process was vital (and a good discipline in  
patience!).  Also, don't hurt yourself.
