[TPIN] Any tips for playing with one hand?

I just spent a day in the ER getting poked, prodded and scanned and
have to go back this week for a biopsy.
They say it looks like swollen lymph nodes that are pushing on the
nerves for my right arm.

I can't lift my arm to play but don't want to just stop cold.

I am thinking soft, long tones mostly just to keep from losing what
little chops I have these days.
