[TPIN] Any tips for playing with one hand?

In the military I had severed a couple of tendons in my right hand.  After 
the operation, I spent about 6 months with my right hand in a claw type 
device.  I had to use my right arm as a resting point and played left handed 
for the time.  Not the best thing in the world but got me through it. 
Learned a lot of respect for those who have lost limbs.
