David,

I would strongly encourage you to get a private teacher as soon as possible.
Don't tell use exactly where you are, but what area are you in? We might be
able to find you someone who would be great for your situation and not cost
too much. You shouldn't try to tackle this by yourself or through an
internet discussion group. You need someone in person who is qualified to
help you.
