  Almost anyone who served in the Air Force will tell you that Minot Air Force Base resides in a community whose sloagan is, "WHY NOT MINOT?"
   
  But there is a bumper sticker up there that, while answering another question, also answers the above, It says, "46 below helps to keep out the Riff-Raff"; thereby, not only telling you what they thought of me, but the reason there are so 'per capitas' up there.
   
  For compulsory Trumpet content, up there, in order to try out cryogenics on your horn, you merely join Marching Band.
