I played the 900, and I only played the Bb.  I don't know if they had  any 
Cs.  I am sort of in the market for a new Bb.  Mine is very old,  and although I 
LOVE it, I fear its best days may be numbered!
 
I felt the blow was more like a Challenger... the other Bach imitation that  
comes to mind.  While it was obvious that the horn was well made etc...  
something was missing...like I said, to me it played like a good student model  
horn... I did notice a big difference between the two pipes - the silver and the  
other, but it just did not seem to play as "solid" as the new bachs....for  
me.
 
Different strokes for different folks of course!
