[TPIN] breaking in new valves

Actually toothpaste no longer has abrasives in it.  The idea of using 
toothpaste before considering lapping your valves was suggested to me by 
Master Repairman Saul Frompkin.  Saul was the repairman of choice for Bird, 
Coltrane and so many others it is mind boggling.
