Here in Europe we have learning and training programs. In Germany is called
MusikInstrumenteBauerMeister", also there is an equivalent in the UK...
Yes, here we have young blood in the music bussiness.
The question is that this programs are not privative of European people...
All of you can join this programs.
Also, could be a great idea for the USA makers (thought they should have
these programs).

Maybe I'm barking in the wind on this since I really don't know what
instrument manufacturers do to promote and train young blood that will fill
in the void for the craftspersons who'll eventually leave us. While it's
limited industry where there's not that many people needed to craft
instruments, do any of the companies have (here's an old term)
apprenticeship programs to keep the industry alive by inspiring the kids of
today to consider it a viable profession to learn and master?
