[TPIN] Al Hirt recording recommendations

When I studied with Roger Voisin way back when, he told me what a  
terrific guy and great player Al Hirt was, and also that he was  
rather embarrassed at doing that recording with the Boston Pops  
(especially in front of talented trumpet players like Voisin).  Word  
was, RCA basically made him do it.
