Like others have mentioned I found Scherbaums' sound more than a bit tight
and not to my liking.  I do own 3 or 4 lps and one which has a nice Branden.

That said, he was a pioneer.  I do remember seeing as a kid an article about
him in Time.  Sure enough...here it is
