[TPIN] mpc change - big horn/little horn

Depends on the work.   For shows/theatre/commercial stuff, I used to do both
the Bb and Picc on the same mouthpiece.    But when playing orchestral
stuff, I was typically playing a larger piece on the Bb or C, then would
switch to an E cup on the picc.
