"365 Trumpet Lessons" 2008 Calendar is an excellent tool for students.
Each day's "lesson" includes tips/suggestions that one could incorporate into
daily practice. The "text" covers sound, fundamentals, improvisation, ear training,
scale studies - a compendium of essentials for young trumpeters. There are also daily 
"trivia" items covering trumpet personalities, recordings, etc.

It's a GREAT gift item/stocking stuffer! School/private trumpet teachers are ordering it as "gifts" for their trumpet sections.
