Mr. Jacobs would always say in his clinics that any adult body could develop the physical requirements to be world class brass player. The sex didn't matter because someone with a small lung capacity still had enough volume of air to play high and for a long time. The muscles required for range and endurance aren't really any different between a man and a woman for that to be the reason. Actually her teeth probably have more to do with her range than anything else. I also bet she could develop more endurance with the right kind of work.
