[TPIN] Chinese junk, ebay, etc....../reply to Louis and clarification

I have been a band director, adjudicator, and active member of  
numerous music ed. organizations for over 35 years (east and west  
coasts) and have never even heard of any kickback schemes.  Where  
have you "run into it often"?  Dave Adams
