I always liked "The Bird Has Flown" aka "Norwegian Wood" -- it plays well on Flugel (as does "Michelle")...

BTW, both are fairly simple repeating melodies, so they're great for beginners, just for practice and/or just general embellishment and fun...

The best Beatles tunes with horns are

Got To Get You Into My Life (also check out the EWF version)
Ob La Di, Ob La Da
and, of course, Penny Lane.  
Are you doing these with a vocalist, or intrumentally?  If that's the case, you could arrange almost anything.

Some really good disco tunes are...
