Probably nobody can give you a reliable answer without looking at the bell.  Sometimes you can fix them where it doesn't show, sometimes a repaired bell might have a scratch or seam where the bend was and sometimes you can't fix it.  I'd sure try fixing it first.

You don't say what brand your horn is.  Sometimes you can find used bells out there.  I don't do the soldering, but have changed out bells on several Bach horns before.  The horn I'm playing on now is one of them.
