Hey Jim,

Been there, done that.  It is one of the most frustrating things to
experience.  You know that your current embouchure is not getting the
job done, but any attempt to change it causes you to go back to your
old system.

I had a great lesson with Roger Ingram last March, and I would first
and foremost advise anyone in need of some help to get a lesson with
him.  He was able to get my turned around and headed in the right
direction again.

The fix for me actually was similar to the "aperture tunnel"
conversation that's been on TPIN recently.  I actually worked on
rolling my bottom lip out more, so that the soft, wet stuff inside was
what my upper lip "set" into.  Now, in reality it probably isn't
exactly as I've described, but it _feels_ this way to me.
