[TPIN] Mike Vax's book (was: How LOUD do I have to be?)

I seond that Giles comment and motion.  This is a book I would buy 
immediately - it's not only an interesting topic, but one that is under-
discussed, in my opinion.

As Mike Vax points out, I believe discussion of lead playing is too often 
relegated to the "high & loud" wow factor, and not enough to the art, craft 
and *style* involved in really doing it right.
