...of course not. The witness was merely responding to
the policeman's request to "identify" the suspect from
a lineup. The witness does not make an accusation,
that is the domain of the district attorney.

Identifying "acts of stupidity" on TPIN work the
same way; except there are no police lineups or DAs.
I therefore identify your post and my response
as acts of stupidity.
