[TPIN] PEDAL TONES ARE USELESS

Even the Hummel Concerto is sometimes played using a low Eb concert -

...while admittedly not as tough as a pedal C, some would consider the low Eb
to be a pedal, since it's below the "normal" range of the instrument.

But heck... if you seldom have to play a low F# or low G, why practice those
either? I don't know too many lead players that spend much time in that
register on the gig. So it's silly to practice them if you're a lead player
right?

I wonder of Wayne Bergeron practices pedals. Naaaa... they're useless. What
would he know anyway?

(man, am I in a saracastic mood today... clearly a Friday)

Cheers!
