[TPIN] "Glenn's' Den"(MF tune)

This Maynard tune(written by Ernie Wilkins, maybe?) was also called "Stay Loose with Bruce"  and maybe something else along the road as well.  Anyone know the original recording of this tune and what album(or reissued CD) it might be on?  Have done some searching to no avail at this point.....any help would be greatly appreciated.
