[TPIN] "Glenn's' Den"(MF tune)

It goes by many names.  Some less innocent than others. They all  rhyme and 
they all use the name of the listed soloist.
 
One of my favorite live M.F. boots (and a testament to what we've lost to  
political correctness and "freedom of speech" since the '60's) is one of the  
"Live at Club 43" broadcasts that feature Altoist Gary Cox.
Maynard riffs through all the names the tune's been recorded under (except  
Stay Loose which was still in the future) and then (protracted silence.......)  
he says "Ladies and Gentleman----GARY COX!".
