It seems the whole world is suffering with sinus problems these days. Like 
yourself, I use a saline rinse which works fine. Please excuse the way I 
present this, but it really works like a charm. If able to be at the 
seashore, go with a person and have that person grab you by the neck and 
dunk your head into the sea water. After a short time, you'll snort a whole 
bunch of sea water up the nose where everything including the material that 
fills the sinus cavities will drain like crazy affording the 'victim' a much 
longer term of relief. One word of caution though. Make sure that the person 
who does it is one who loves you rather than one who hates you. Otherwise, 
you'll enjoy permanent relief from the sinus condition as well as permanent 
relief from all else that ails you - or for that matter enhances your well 
being. 8-)
