[TPIN] Looking for a local instructor

Hello,
I'm looking for an instructor on the lower Virginia peninsula:  
Hampton, Newport News, etc. I took lessons with a player from the  
Army band a couple of years ago.  He moved and I didn't look for  
another one at the time.  I'd like to start again, preferably with  
someone who doesn't have to transfer in a year or two... Please  
respond off list.
